I am passionate about bringing yoga and mindfulness programs that nurture every member of your school community, from curious little learners to growing teenagers. And let’s not forget your hardworking staff. My tailored sessions are designed to inspire calm, imagination, playfulness, focus and connection in students of all ages, and to equip staff with practical tools to recharge and thrive. I deliver these programs in French and English, on-site or online, with flexibility to suit your school’s unique culture.
