Kind words
from the classroom

“Alex is a fantastic teacher with a true passion for sharing Yoga & Mindfulness with young children. Our 3- and 4-year-olds responded so well to her classes, which were always engaging and enriching. I love that each session is unique, blending movement, storytelling, and of course, relaxation time.”

French Teacher, Renown Kindergarten

Alex’s yoga workshop blended storytelling and movement in a fun, engaging way. The children loved using their imaginations and bodies to bring The Greedy Snake to life, building gross motor skills, balance, focus and body awareness. They were engaged through multiple learning styles — visual, auditory and kinaesthetic — and we saw their confidence grow throughout. Alex’s calm approach was truly inspiring!
