Do we need yoga mats or special equipment?

Not at all! Sessions can be adapted to desks, chairs or open spaces.

How long are the sessions?

Anything from a quick 5-minute recharge to a full 60-minute class. You choose what fits best into your schedule.

What if staff have never done yoga before?

All sessions are beginner-friendly, accessible and focused on relaxation and stress relief, not fancy poses.

Can this be done online or only in person?

Both. We can run sessions in your workplace, staffroom or meeting room, or deliver them online via Zoom.

Do you offer one-off sessions or ongoing programs?

Both. We can run a single wellbeing session, a workshop day or create a regular program for on-going support and long term benefits.
