Too busy?
Too tired?
Not flexible?
You’re in the right place.

Hi, I’m Alex, mum of two wild boys so I hear you! Raising little humans is the hardest (and most important) job in the world. It’s amazing, messy, exhausting and, yes, deeply rewarding. All at once! But in the whirlwind of meeting everyone else’s needs, it’s easy to forget your own. That’s where yoga comes in.

Petit Yogi’s online sessions offer a space to pause, breathe and reset, so you can show up as the parent you want to be. Infused with yogic philosophy, my classes help cultivate patience, presence and resilience, the very qualities we hope to nurture in our children. Because when you take care of yourself, you’re not just recharging… you’re leading by example.

Join from the comfort of your home, no commute, no stress, just movement, breath and a much-needed moment for yourself.

Rooted in care

This is more than yoga. It’s a space to breathe, reset and reconnect with yourself so you can show up with more presence in parenting, work and life. Everything we do is guided by kindness, simplicity and a commitment to nurturing your body and your mind.

Every Thursday I look forward to my yoga class. The class is warm, relaxing and very welcoming. Alex is a wonderfully knowledgeable, pleasant and patient yoga teacher. I love the holistic approach to yoga in the class, as well as working on our postures. I enjoy thinking about new ideas and how to translate these in everyday life.Lauren Constable
