Our story
Yoga has been in my life since 2002, when I took my first class in Paris, in the middle of agency deadlines and daily métro-boulot-dodo. I was stressed and tired, yoga helped me cope. I began teaching in Melbourne in 2013, first in English, then in French too! After becoming a mum, yoga took on a new meaning. It became a way to slow down, play, reset and connect. It has been fully part of my parenting journey…
Petit Yogi is the new chapter of what started as Beyoutiful Yoga, same heart, new name. It’s a space for curious little minds, overstretched grown-ups and everyone in between. It reflects the kind of yoga and mindfulness that I offer today:
✨ Intentional
🎈 Playful
🧡 Bilingual
👨👩👦 Family-focused
I am on a mission:
- To make yoga and mindfulness feel welcoming, accessible and joyfully human.
- To create spaces, in schools, at home and in the workplace where we move, breathe, get curious and reconnect.
- To honour diversity, celebrate bilingualism and meet people exactly where they’re at. Always.
Petit means “little” in French
While I work with little people, Petit Yogi is about more than size,
it’s about starting small. Small moments of calm. Small habits of care. Small seeds of confidence. All adding up to something immensely meaningful. The name is also a nod to my roots, my love of languages and the little ones who inspired this chapter.
